About the Role

​

Savanna HR is hiring for a dynamic Performance Marketing Manager on behalf of one of its clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to manage, scale, and optimize high-impact paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

​

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, strategic, and passionate about delivering measurable results through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing channels.

​

Key Responsibilities

​

Develop, execute, and optimize ROI-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing.

​

Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

​

Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve performance.

​

Analyze campaign results and generate detailed reports using Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Power BI.

​

Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

​

Drive lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvements.

​

Stay ahead of the curve on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

​

Manage and coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners.

​

Key Skills & Competencies

​

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.

​

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, remarketing, and programmatic advertising.

​

Strong command of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Mixpanel.

​

Solid understanding of metrics: CPC, CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS, LTV, etc.

​

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

​

Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.

​

Qualifications

​

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, or related field.

​

3–7 years of experience in performance marketing roles.

​

Proven track record of managing large ad budgets with strong ROI outcomes.

​

Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are a plus.
