In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving student recruitment, expanding our regional market presence, and contributing to our mission of transforming global education access.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Regional Sales Operations: Own and manage all sales activities within your assigned region, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Drive Student Demand: Leverage our extensive recruiter network to boost student interest and applications.
Increase Revenue: Promote and sell our subscription services while maximizing student placement opportunities.
Execute GTM Strategies: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies tailored to your region’s unique needs and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years in sales or marketing, preferably within the international student recruitment or education sector.
Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Leadership: Strong ability to manage accounts, influence partners, and guide cross-functional teams.
Strategic Thinking: Skilled in planning and executing region-specific growth strategies.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with agency-based or indirect distribution models is highly desirable.
