Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager for Student Experience to oversee and enhance the quality of services provided to students across multiple locations within the region. This role involves managing teams, ensuring exceptional student support, driving engagement, and fostering an environment where students feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall student experience in the assigned region.

Monitor and analyze student satisfaction metrics to identify areas of improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align student experience goals with organizational objectives.

2. Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of student experience coordinators or counselors across multiple locations.

Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is equipped with the latest tools and techniques for student support.

Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.

3. Operational Excellence:

Ensure timely and effective resolution of student queries, complaints, and feedback.

Oversee the implementation of student support processes and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Manage regional budgets for student experience activities and initiatives.

4. Engagement & Retention:

Plan and execute engagement programs, events, and workshops to improve student retention and satisfaction.

Work closely with students to understand their needs and expectations, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.

5. Data-Driven Insights:

Analyze data to measure the impact of student experience initiatives and suggest actionable insights.

Prepare and present reports on student experience metrics and trends to leadership teams.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in student support, education management, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

Proficiency in student information systems and CRM tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
