Resident Life Manager

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Hostel Warden to ensure the smooth running, discipline, and well-being of students residing on campus. The ideal candidate is empathetic yet firm, highly organized, and capable of building a safe and inclusive residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene standards in the hostel.

● Ensure students follow hostel rules and resolve minor conflicts.

● Supervise hostel staff and coordinate housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.

● Handle emergency situations promptly and liaise with the admin/healthcare as needed.

● Maintain records related to occupancy, attendance, and maintenance.

● Night and emergency duty supervision (where required)

● Liaison with facility management vendors

● Coordinate with the delivery and experience teams for smooth functioning of immersions

Preferred Qualifications:

● Degree in Hospitality, Public Administration, or any Graduate with hostel/residential experience

● Prior experience in residential schools, university hostels, or student housing
