Position: Panel Sales – Ed-tech Solutions (K12 Schools)
Qualifications:
1. Experience:
o Minimum of 2 to 6 years of sales experience in Ed-tech solutions targeting K12 schools.
o Preferable experience with Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), Digital Content, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Personalized Learning Solutions.
2. Track Record:
o Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
o Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Skills:
o Excellent presentation and communication skills.
o Strong relationship management abilities.
o Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies specific to Ed-tech products and solutions.
o Project management and implementation skills to ensure a delightful client experience from order placement to implementation and training.
4. Other Requirements:
o Willingness and ability to travel Pan India as required for client meetings and industry events.
o Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and target potential clients within the K12 education sector.
o Present and demonstrate Ed-tech solutions to key decision-makers and Academic Team in schools .
o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
3. Market Research and Feedback:
o Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
o Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings and address market demands.
4. Project Management and Implementation:
o Oversee the entire sales process, from order placement to implementation and training.
o Ensure clients have a delightful experience throughout the process.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
o Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions for management review
