Position Summary:\s\s
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to join our team. The successful\s\s
candidate will play a crucial role in handling employee grievances, drafting HR policies, overseeing\s\s
training and development programs, and conducting employee surveys. This role requires a minimum\s\s
of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on leadership, problem-solving,\s\s
and strategic planning.\s\s
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to\s\s
Grievance Handling\s\s
● Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively.\s\s
● Conduct investigations and provide fair resolutions.\s\s
● Develop and implement grievance procedures.\s\s
Policy Drafting\s\s
● Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures.\s\s
● Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.\s\s
● Communicate policies to employees and ensure understanding and adherence.\s\s
Training and Development\s\s
● Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.\s\s
● Identify training needs through surveys, feedback, and performance evaluations.\s\s
● Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.\s\s
Conducting Surveys\s\s
● Develop and conduct employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.\s\s
● Analyze survey results and provide actionable insights.\s\s
● Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction\s\s
General HR Management\s\s
● Provide guidance and support to HR team members.\s\s
● Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.\s\s
● Ensure a positive and productive workplace environment.\s\s
Learning & Development\s\s
● Track training for each employee at individual level\s\s
● Develop a learning and development policy.\s\s
● Hand book maintenance.\s\s
Employee data\s\s
● Maintain the complete database of all employees in payroll in a specific excel sheet.\s\s
● Software and update them regularly with any changes\s\s
● Maintain and update the organograms for the district along with the master data of employees\s\s
\s\s
Performance Management\s\s
● Track Probation reviews with timelines and ensure outcomes are communicated formally\s\s
through letters.\s\s
● Communicate the process of annual / midyear appraisals, receive, verify the forms and share\s\s
the consolidated outcome in specified formats.\s\s
● Ensure that contract renewals are done in a timely manner\s\s
Data Management\s\s
● Maintain the HR files such as employee personal files, recruitment file, PF related documents at\s\s
the district level\s\s
Education and Experience:\s\s
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related\s\s
field.\s\s
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.\s\s
● Proven experience in handling employee grievances, policy drafting, and training\s\s
programs.\s\s
● Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and NGO norms.\s\s
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\s\s
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.\s\s
● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.\s\s
Salary: Details would be discussed during 1-1 interactions.\s\s
Location: India based fully remote with periodic domestic travel.\s\s
