Education: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

​

Acquire new clients for SME loans (Secured Business Loans/Working Capital Loans).

​

Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to loan disbursement.

​

Conduct financial analysis and assess creditworthiness of prospective clients.

​

Coordinate with credit and operations team to ensure timely processing.

​

Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate referrals.

​

Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI regulations.

​

Candidate Requirements:

​

Minimum 1 year of experience in selling secured business loans or working capital loans.

​

Sound understanding of SME lending products.

​

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

​

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

​

Proficiency in local language (Marathi) and English preferred.
