Position Overview
We are looking for a Store Manager to take full ownership of a high-volume restaurant outlet. The role requires hands-on leadership in daily store operations, staff management, customer service, and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hospitality operations with the ability to maintain service excellence, team motivation, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Service Quality
Oversee end-to-end operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
Maintain brand standards in service, food quality, hygiene, and safety.
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns quickly, ensuring high satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Training
Lead a team of staff including kitchen, service, and support functions.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver consistent performance.
Create staff schedules and assign responsibilities for efficient manpower utilization.
Sales & Profitability
Drive store-level sales through upselling, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
Monitor daily revenue, control food & beverage costs, and manage wastage.
Ensure the outlet meets its budgeted sales and profitability targets.
Inventory & Compliance
Monitor stock levels, place timely orders, and coordinate with vendors.
Conduct regular checks to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain store documentation, licenses, and reporting as per company policies.
Customer Engagement
Create a welcoming and engaging environment for guests.
Regularly gather feedback and implement improvements in service delivery.
Build repeat business through consistent service and relationship management.
Key Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
8–12 years of experience in restaurant / hospitality operations.
Strong people management skills with experience in leading 20–40 staff.
Hands-on experience in P&L basics, inventory management, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
